How the ParryStack Community works
Getting started
Create a free account with an email address and a username, confirm your email, and you can post, reply and vote. Follow the games you play to personalise your feed and get notified about new discussions.
Post types
General Discussion · Question / Help · Boss Strategy · Build / Loadout · Tips & Tricks · Guide · Patch Discussion · Bug / Technical Help · Game Recommendation. Questions and tech-help posts can have an accepted answer, chosen by the person who asked. "Accepted" means it helped the asker — it is not verified by ParryStack.

Voting
- You can upvote helpful discussions and replies. Click again to remove your vote. There are no downvotes.
- You can't vote on your own posts, and you need a verified account.
- The number shown is the count of counted upvotes. A vote counts when the voter's account is verified, at least 24 hours old, not restricted, and not part of suspected vote trading. Votes from brand-new accounts are saved right away and start counting automatically once the account is 24 hours old.
Reputation
Reputation comes only from other people finding your contributions useful — posting a lot earns nothing by itself.
- +5 for each counted upvote on your discussions or replies (max +200 per day)
- +15 when your answer is accepted (not on your own question)
- +25 when ParryStack editors approve your guide
- −50 when a post is removed as spam
- Removed votes, removed posts and reversed decisions take the points away again.
Reputation can't be bought or given by staff. If two accounts upvote each other repeatedly, or votes come from the same network as the author, those votes stop counting and an administrator reviews them.
Trust levels
- New member: your first posts are reviewed before they appear; links are reviewed.
- Member: verified, account at least 24 hours old and at least 2 approved posts. Posts appear immediately and links work.
- Trusted member: account at least 30 days old, 100+ reputation, 20+ approved posts and no upheld moderation actions in 90 days. Trusted members can upload images and custom avatars.
Badges
- First Post — your first approved discussion or reply.
- First Helpful Answer — your first accepted answer, or a reply with 3+ counted upvotes.
- Guide Contributor — a guide approved by our editors.
- Boss Strategy Expert — 3 Boss Strategy posts that each received 5+ counted upvotes.
- Active Contributor — approved posts on 10 different days within 60 days.
- Community Helper — 10 accepted answers.
- Trusted Member — reached Trusted status.
- Founding Member — verified account created within 90 days of the community launch, with at least one approved post.
Badges are awarded automatically by these rules. Administrators can revoke badges that were earned through abuse.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks members by reputation earned (last 30 days and all time) — it reflects how useful contributions were, not how many posts someone made.
Recommendations
"Recommended for you" on the community page only uses what you chose to share with us here: the games you follow and the discussions you already answered. It shows open questions in your games that you haven't replied to, threads in your games with replies in the last 7 days, and games with new discussions in the last 30 days. We don't track what you read, and nothing is personalised by advertising data.
Copied content
Please only post your own words. Posts that largely match ParryStack's own pages for that game are held for a quick review, and moderators review every player guide before it is published. If you find your work copied here, use the report form ("Copyright infringement").
Player guides vs. ParryStack guides
Player guides are written by members, reviewed by our editors before publication and always credited to their author. They are separate from ParryStack's own editorial guides. Editors may feature a great player guide; it stays credited to the player.
Search engines
All approved discussions can be read by anyone without an account. Only some are offered to search engines: a discussion becomes eligible after it is approved, at least a day old, from a verified account older than 7 days, and has real substance — for example a detailed guide or strategy, a question with an accepted or upvoted answer, or several helpful replies. Everything else stays readable here but is marked "noindex". Profiles, settings and search pages are never indexed.
Deleting posts and your account
You can edit or delete your own posts at any time. If other members already replied, your post is replaced by "[deleted]" so their replies still make sense. You can download your data or delete your account in Settings → Privacy & data. Text other members quoted from you remains part of their post.
Reporting and appeals
Use "⚑ Report" on any post or profile, or the report form — no account needed for legal notices. You'll get a confirmation and our decision by email if you leave an address. If we act on your content, you'll see the reason in your notifications and can appeal within 6 months.
