User Submissions

By submitting a guide, tip, or comment to ParryStack, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, and display your submission on the Site. You retain ownership of your original content. We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Affiliate Links and Advertising

Free users see display advertising via Google AdSense. Ad-free subscribers ($5/month) do not see display ads. Ad content is controlled by Google and does not represent ParryStack's endorsement of advertised products.

Ad-Free Membership

Ad-free memberships are billed monthly at $5/month via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors. Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ParryStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prices shown are current. Game prices displayed are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time store prices. Always confirm the final price at the retailer before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

ParryStack is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including purchasing decisions based on our reviews or deal listings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of München, Germany.
