The Flawless Block window is 2 frames after a block. Landing it refills a small amount of your defensive meter — in long matches this resource advantage adds up significantly.
Self-Destruct (hold Triangle/Y) can be used tactically. It deals area damage, leaves you at 1 HP, and can interrupt certain boss attacks. It's more useful than it looks.
Wing suit + web swing combined creates speeds the game barely contains. Learn the transition rhythm (glide to gain altitude, web to slingshot, glide again) for the fastest traversal.
Drive Rush (DRC, down-down+MP+MK) extends combos and creates pressure on block. Mastering Drive Rush cancel from normals is the highest-level offensive skill in SF6.
Learn to sidestep. Tekken is a 3D fighting game — sidestepping (QCB or QCF into 8 or 2) avoids most linear attacks and opens counterattack opportunities unavailable in 2D fighters.
Decoctions are more powerful than potions and last an entire meditation cycle. The Ekimmara decoction (life steal) makes hard encounters trivial once you have it.
The Tavern Brawler feat (fists count as weapons) combined with a Monk build is one of the most powerful and entertaining non-caster builds in the game.
Blighttown is miserable but brief. Don't fast-roll through the toxic blowdart section — medium roll with high Endurance makes it manageable. The boss (Quelaag) is much easier than the approach.
Invest in the camp early. Upgrading Arthur's lodging and provisions benefits the whole gang and unlocks camp-specific interactions that add story depth.
Wood Phase Wizardry (healing spells) is underestimated solo. The Absorb Vitality spell heals you on hit, making aggressive styles self-sustaining. Pair it with high-Spirit Martial Arts for a sustain build.
