Sandevistan Netrunner hybrid build — definitive patch 2.1 guide

This build combines the Militech Apogee Sandevistan with a Quickhack deck to create a character who slows time, uploads lethal hacks, and clears rooms before enemies react. Tested on Very Hard at level 50.

ATTRIBUTES: Invest everything into Reflexes 20 and Intelligence 20 first. Reflexes unlocks the best Sandevistan perks. Intelligence is your primary damage source through Overclock.

CYBERWARE:

• Militech Apogee Sandevistan — slows time to 25% for 18 seconds
• Raven Microcyber mk.5 — constant RAM regen so you spam Quickhacks inside the slow window
• Synaptic Signal Optimizer — passively restores max RAM cap
• Newton Module — resets Sandevistan cooldown on kill, meaning one activation chains through an entire base if you kill fast enough

KEY PERKS:

• Machine Learning (Intelligence tree) — each successful Quickhack upload gives a free RAM pip
• Optimization (Intelligence) — reduces Quickhack upload cost by 2 after activating Sandevistan
• Reflexes tree: Muscle Memory and Slippery — you sprint at full speed during Sandevistan and enemies cannot react

ROTATION: Activate Sandevistan, upload Short Circuit on the first enemy which kills instantly with Overclock active, the Newton Module resets the cooldown if they die within 3 seconds, chain to the next target. You will rarely exit slow-time before the entire room is cleared.

IMPORTANT: The Militech Apogee is locked behind the Relic skill tree mission called The Killing Moon. Complete that questline before building toward this setup or you will be stuck with an inferior Sandevistan.
